Mount macros

I use this as my macro

#showtooltip
/use [nomounted,flyable,nomodifier]Swift Purple Gryphon
/use [nomounted,flyable,modifier][noflyable] Swift Stormsaber
/dismount [flying,modifier]
/dismount [noflying, mounted]

Notes:

1. Selects the correct mount based on the situation
2. While Flying use a modifier (Shift, Ctrl, Alt) while pressing the macro to dismount.
3. While on Ground or flying mount (not flying) press button to dismount
4. Use a modifier while in outland to choose your ground mount if you don't have an epic flyer for faster travel.

I found the problem.....annoying how long it took.....Blizz changed my mounts name(dropped 'Reins of the').....here is the working macro;

/cast [stance][combat,nomounted] Ghost Wolf
/cast [nostance,nocombat,noflyable] Swift Frostsaber
/cast [nostance,nocombat,flyable] Ebon Gryphon
/dismount [mounted]
/cancelform [stance]

I need a macro like the above that works in Northrend as well - ven though I cannot fly there yet - to summon the land mount instead. Is that even possible?
